Neneleau
Rhus sandwicensis
Family: Anacardeaceae
Description: Neneleau is a very fast growing
tree. The mother tree will sometimes produce root suckers. This
tree thrives at mid elevations with moderate water. This tree will grow
to 35 feet and may appear thin as it grows quickly in the first few year
of its life. The reddish foliage of the compound leaves makes it an
attractive tree in the landscape. We grow this tree from seed.
