Pu'uka'a Cyperus trachysanthos
Pu'uka'a is an endangered, endemic sedge. It looks great planted in groups, but also serves nicely as a container plant. It prefers moist to wet conditions and fits well around water features and in drainage areas. Pu'uka'a grows well in full to partial sun, but prefers to stay out of strong winds, which can dry out it's leaves.
